You cannot travel to Phoenix without making a short, 2 hour road trip to Sedona. The scenic views are absolutely stunning!

Once we arrived in Sedona we found the easiest and shortest hike.

After hiking and stopping by a few thrift shops and we ate at Mariposa Latin Grill. This restaurant was so beautiful with panoramic views of Sedona’s majestic red rocks from every table.

Everything we tried on the menu was delicious! For appetizers I had the best beef empanadas I’ve ever tasted in my life and I don’t usually eat beef! Followed by sea scallops and yuca fries. My friends couldn’t stop bragging about how the filet mignon “hit different” out west. The meat quality was superb.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating with the current COVID restrictions. One of my best dinning experiences to date! If you’re ever in Sedona I highly recommend you eat here. This is not a sponsored post at all. I just really loved this place and I know I’ll go back.
