DOSING

The recommended dose is one dropper which is 16 mg. Place the drops under your tongue for 15-20 seconds before swallowing. Holding CBD oil under your tongue will help your body will absorb the CBD faster than it would by swallowing immediately. CBD is most effective if used daily. I’ve used one full dropper both during the day and at night. There is no high involved with CBD so you won’t necessarily feel anything. For me there are noticeable calming effects within about 30-45 minutes. At night I up my dose to 2 full drops. It helps me fall asleep faster and stay sleep. I wake up feeling well rested. Everyone is different so if you’re new to CBD I’d recommending starting at a lower dose and see how it works for you.
